Live In Care

There may come a time in your lives where you will need to make a decision to receive live in care support either for yourself or a loved one. It’s important to try and keep your independence and to remain at home and in your community in comfortable and familiar surroundings. With the aid of a live in carer this can happen.

Live in care support from Your Care and Support will work with you to discuss your best options and to develop a bespoke support plan to meet your needs so that you can stay in familiar and relaxed surroundings based on your input. We have professional carers who have the compassion and experience to meet your needs and provide support, friendship and respect enabling your loved ones continued independence and dignity. Live in care often provides a better alternative for care homes for the elderly. We can provide someone that will be suited to you and will meet your needs, help you with your hobbies or pets.

We can offer support for individuals and couples in their own home and provide friendship and companionship when it is needed around the clock. We will carefully match qualified carers to meet your needs or the needs of your loved ones. We have specialists who can support people who have Dementia or have suffered a stroke.
